PrecisionIR is absolutely committed to protecting your privacy. We will safeguard your privacy and personal information while providing our users and our clients with a valuable and informative service. In addition we have also developed the following principles:

2. We will respect your privacy. We will only pass your individual user details (including your email address) to the companies whose event you listened to, the event sponsors, and our parent company PrecisionIR Group. The companies and/or representative agents or funds that conducted the webcast events you attend pay for the services that we provide to you, and in return, PrecisionIR Group advises them of your data. PrecisionIR or its parent company, PrecisionIR Group or its associated group companies may advise you by mail or e-mail of other products and services, which we or the aforementioned companies consider may be of interest to you.
3. You will receive e-mail from third parties screened by PrecisionIR only if you have agreed to this.

Should we elect to change our privacy policy we will post the changes here. Where the changes are significant, we may also email our customers with the new details.

What information do we collect?
We collect information on our users in two ways: through cookies, and through our order form. For more information about cookies, please see below.
The elements of your data we may collect include:

• Your name
• Your company's name
• Your home or company address
• Your e-mail address
• Which webcasts you have attended

We also ask some further, voluntary questions so we can gain a clearer understanding of our users. Your responses help us to develop our service and provide you with relevant content. We may share this information with the company presenting the webcast you have attended.

Why does PrecisionIR use ‘cookies’?
'Cookies' are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. They make it possible for us to identify customers without needing to ask for your details every time you access our site. This information will never be shared with a third party, and is only used to make our systems more efficient.
